USDA Inspected
We offer USDA Inspection processing. This means that when we process you’ll be able to sell outside of WI.
USDA inspectors hand inspect every single bird - for your peace of mind!
Certified Organic Facility
We use certified Organic methods in our processing. This means no harsh chemicals and a commitment to humane handling.
Customer Oriented Options.
We offer custom labeling and cutting. This means you can have your birds processed and packed exactly how you’d like them.
Twin Cities also offers custom deboning, grinding and cutting work for wholesale customers.

Jan 15th - Jan 29th: If you are planning to process 750 or more birds annually please reach out in this timeframe.
Jan 30th - Feb 12th: If you are planning to process between 200 and 749 birds annually please reach out in this timeframe.
Feb 13th - Feb 26th: If you are planning processing between 50 and 199 birds annually please reach out in this timeframe.
Feb 27th - the book will be open for all appointments regardless of quantity.
PLEASE NOTE: Emails and calls received before the designated schedule time will not be booked, reservations need to be made at the appropriate time to be received. We will confirm your date and then you will know that it's booked.
Cutting and further processing requests will need to be scheduled at time of booking numbers. We cannot guarantee any services if they are not booked in advance.

Private Label Set-up - $50 (one time fee)
If less than 75% of scheduled birds are delivered without 2 week advance notice OR cancelation without 2 week prior notice - $50 penalty if 75 or less birds are missing from appointment

Please inform us of value-added requests when you make an appointment, we do have a cap on the amount of birds we can cut in a day and it is first come, first served.
Please Note! Breasts are minimum 2 to a pack. Thighs are minimum 4 to a pack. Drums and Wings are minimum 6 to a pack.
Halved, Quartered or 8 Piece Cut-up - $1.17/bird in addition to slaughter fee
Deboned Chicken Breast - $3.89/bird in addition to slaughter fee
Deboned Turkey Breast - $8/bird in addition to slaughter fee
Extra Bag - $.65/bag
Feet - $.14/bird
Extra Turkey Bag - $2/bag
Value Added Cancellation Penalty - $1.50 per bird of scheduled number. (IE if 50 birds are scheduled to be cut up and you only get 25 cut up then the penalty will be $1.50 per bird NOT cut up. Fee will be waived if cut up requests are cancelled with a 2 week prior notice.)
